Samplephonics Live Jungle Breaks

By popular demand we’re proud to present the third instalment of our Soulful Vocals series. We’ve teamed up with another A-list vocalist to create a rich, warm and emotive collection of full-song royalty-free vocal construction kits packed with verses, choruses, bridges, ad-libs and double-tracked stems ideal for use in house, nu-disco or pop productions.

Pulling on a rich heritage of gospel, soul and R&B influences, this authentic collection of beautifully written and stunningly performed vocal tracks has been recorded at SM HQ using our extensive range of mics and high-end outboard processing to ensure rich, warm vocal stems that will slot into any mix.

In total, there are 310 files across 10 full-song kits packed with verses, chorus, harmonies, bridges, double-tracked stems and ad libs. Each kit is key-labeled (a variety of keys are included across the pack) and tempo-sycned at 120bpm for total production ease.

As always all kit stems are presented free from additional FX processing – beyond subtle EQ and compression – in order to give you total creative freedom in your own tracks.

Served at 120bpm, these vocal tracks are prefect for use in almost any electronic music genre, from deep house and nu-disco through to pop, electronica and beyond.

Please note: this pack contains vocal samples only. All musical backings used in the demos are taken from Raw Analogue Funk and Bloq.

Atomix VirtualDJ 8 Pro Infinity v8.2.3286 For Windows

By | July 9, 2016

rzxszy9195201dv1qpe4

Atomix VirtualDJ 8 Pro Infinity v8.2.3286
Size 33 Mb

VirtualDJ is a DJ software for PC and MAC. It is used by DJs to replace their turntables and CD players, and use digital music instead of vinyl and CDs. In the same way that the CD players used by DJs have more options than a regular Hi-Fi CD player, VirtualDJ has more options than a simple media player like iTunes. It lets you “mix” your songs, by playing two or more tracks at the same time, adjust their relative speed so that their tempo will match, apply effects like loops etc, and crossfade from one side to the other. It also lets you scratch your songs, set and recall cues, and all the other regular features DJs expect to find to be able to mix.

It will let you organize your collection of tracks and group them easily in a DJ-friendly way, using filter to find the hot songs, or find compatible bpm or key, access your previous playlists, etc. And if you’re missing a track, VirtualDJ will automatically find it on the Internet and stream it directly (*requires an additional subscription). And, using the millions of automatic reports we get every day from other VirtualDJ users around the world, it will give you meaningful advices on which songs other DJs consider to go well after what you just played.

VirtualDJ can play not only audio tracks, but also video or karaoke, if you connect your computer to a projector or the club’s screens.

It comes with a plethora of effects, ranging from traditional flanger, echo, etc, to more modern “beat-aware” effects like beatgrid, slicer, loop-roll. And if you mix videos, you’ll also find a lot of video effects and transitions to play with. Its built-in sampler will let you spice up your mixes with a broad range of drops and loops, or you can go creative and merge live performance and production by creating remixes on-the-fly by using the sampler like a sequencer.

VirtualDJ is plug-and-play compatible with most of the DJ controllers that exist on the market. Just plug yours and you will be ready to go. And if you want to change any of the default behavior, VirtualDJ has a powerful “VDJScript” language that will let you easily tweak any functions exactly to your liking. Same for the interface. If you want to change it, our website hosts hundreds of user-made interfaces to replace the default one, or you could easily create your own.

VirtualDJ is used by tens of millions of people every day, ranging from bedroom DJs to international superstars. It is used to play live in clubs and big stadiums, at weddings, private parties, or
just to train at home. And in addition to being used live, VirtualDJ can also be used to record mixtapes, podcast, or to broadcast to Internet radios.

Live comes with a versatile collection of instruments, sounds, kits and loops for creating any kind of music and provides a full complement of effects to tweak and process your sound.

9.6.2 Release Notes

Improvements and feature changes:
. The ‘’ icon in Live’s main UI now behaves like a button, toggling the feature on and off. This button only appears if is enabled in the Preferences.
. The ‘EXT’ button is no longer hidden when the button is shown.
Enabling the ‘’ toggle disables ‘EXT’ and vice versa. Loading a new Set disables .
. Improved the responsiveness of the Tuner device.
. Updated the Live manual and a number of lessons and info texts.

Bugfixes:
. Fixed a bug which caused Live to hang when loading certain Live Sets.
. When duplicating a track, Clip modulation would not play back for the newly created track.
. When triggering a recording with count-in enabled, Simpler could start playing back Warped samples from the wrong position.
. Live could crash when loading a Live Set where the ‘EXT’ button is saved as active, if was enabled in the preferences.
. Fixed a rare crash which could occur when using Complex or Pro Warp modes.
. If the End Marker of a Clip preceded the Loop End Marker and Clip Loop was on, recording this Clip in arrangement could lead to a wrong result.
. Operator’s ‘Shaper Drive’ and ‘Shaper Dry/Wet’ would expose the wrong parameter name when mapped to Macros.
. Vinyl Distortion would not report its latency to Live, thus would not be correctly compensated.
. Fixed a bug in Max for Live which prevented ‘fold_state’ and devices in Drum Rack Chains from being declared.
. The APC 40 Session Ring would reset to the top left of Live’s Session View when adding or removing another Control Surface.
. The Session Ring would be displayed when selecting certain Control Surfaces, even if no valid input and output MIDI ports were enabled in the respective Control Surfaces menus.
. The Launchpad Pro User mode would not send MIDI notes into tracks anymore.

Changes for Push:
. Push 2 Firmware update v 0.51: introduces an improvement for potentiometers, to prevent jitter due to electrical noise.
. In Session mode, holding duplicate allows copying and pasting a Clip to a Clip Slot of choice.
. In the melodic step sequencer, stepped automation is now linked to note length.
. It is now possible to convert an audio clip to a new drum rack pad.
. When converting an audio Clip to Simpler, the device chain content is now copied from the original track to the destination track.
. In the Drum Rack Step Sequencer, it is now possible to copy and paste a step into a different part of the Clip for Push 1 and 2.
. It is now possible to copy and paste notes across pitches in the Melodic Step Sequencer for Push 1 and 2.
. When Simpler is in One Shot mode, the ‘Gain’ parameter is now available in place of Volume.
. In both the melodic and Drum Rack step sequencer, note length can now be adjusted via the pads, by holding the pad where the step exists, and one pad at its right.
. When moving the Session Ring with the ‘Page’ and ‘Octave’ buttons from Push 2, an absolute offset of 8 will now be used in all cases.
. Scales Layout settings are now also stored within a Live Set.
. When using Simpler in Slicing mode, holding ‘Delete’ and pressing a Slice will remove all its steps in the currently selected Clip, if any exist.
. In addition to that, holding ‘Quantize’ and pressing a Slice will quantize all the events for that Slice.
. When cycling through Layouts with Push, a notification is now declaring the current mode of operation of the pads.
. Count-in would be ignored when a recording was triggered via Push, in cases where a Clip was already active.
. Previously, ‘Fixed Length’ would be ignored if the recording of a Clip was triggered by pressing a pad as opposed to pressing the Record button.
. Under certain circumstances, the Push 2 display could go blank when selecting a track containing Simpler, if a really long sample was loaded into that device.
. Disabling ‘Warp’ would cause the zoom in Simpler to jump to an unusual zoom level.
. The master meter on Push 2 would not turn entirely red, as it does in Live, when the signal was clipping.
. Display brightness settings would not be restored correctly on Push 2 after power cycling the device.
. When a Group Track is selected, using ‘Add Track’ to add an instrument would lead to unexpected results.
. If ‘Accent’ was enabled, changing any of the Note Settings in the step sequencer would cause the velocity for this step to jump to 127.
. When dragging a sample from an audio track into Simpler from Live, Push 2 would erroneously still display the audio Clip view, even if the track containing Simpler was selected.
. After a Drum Rack pad containing Simpler is selected, Device Mode would still display its controls upon selecting a different track.
. When Simpler was set to Slicing mode and its Playback Mode was ‘Mono’, ‘Repeat’ would not behave correctly.
. Under certain circumstances, the ‘Convert’ button was not available for audio Clips.
. When controlling Multiband Compressor with Push 1, the ‘Below Threshold’ parameter would not be available anymore for the Mid Band.
. When browsing the Drums category, the empty Drum Rack icon would incorrectly display as a folder.

Celemony Melodyne Studio 4.v4.0.4.004 For Windows

By | July 8, 2016

Celemony Melodyne Studio 4.v4.0.4.004
Size 82 Mb

Melodyne is a software application for OS X or Windows with which you can edit audio in a more musical way than was ever thought possible. In Melodyne, you work with notes – and not with a meaningless wave form. You don’t just see where the music gets louder or quieter but also where notes begin and end and at what pitch they lie.

You can modify each note and thereby influence directly the intonation, phrasing and dynamics – and do this not only with vocals and monophonic instruments but with polyphonic instruments such as pianos and guitars as well.

Working with Melodyne is like being able to say to a vocalist “sing this note a bit longer” or to a pianist “give slightly less weight to the third in this chord” – hours, weeks, even years after the recording session.

Melodyne 4 studio
The complete Melodyne. Melodyne 4 studio offers you all Melodyne functions for both correction and creative applications on an unlimited number of tracks. You can edit the sound and musical content of your recordings in such an intuitive manner or make such far-reaching changes with no other audio tool.

New technologies and a new degree of freedom for the entire Melodyne family. Celemony is releasing Version 4 of its legendary audio software Melodyne. This constitutes the most extensive update to the entire product family in the company’s history, with the emphasis on Melodyne 4 studio.

Highlights include the Sound Editor with its totally new sound design possibilities, DNA Direct Note Access – at last, on an unlimited number of tracks – and ultra-accurate tempo detection. Furthermore, Melodyne 4 studio now also runs directly as a plug-in within your DAW – also, naturally, in 64-bit resolution. The smaller Melodyne editions – editor, assistant and essential – have also been enhanced.

u-he Satin v1.3.0 4596 For Windows

By | July 8, 2016

1386161003_u-he-satin

u-he Satin v1.3.0
Size 38 Mb

We took a journey back to the Golden Age of magnetic tape recording. We wanted to recreate all kinds of tape machines in software, from the ground up. After many months spent on research, measurement and on developing an architecture that would be flexible enough for the job, we knew we had nailed it… But we couldn’t stop there: We added the old noise-reduction systems that were often (mis)used for timbral compression effects. Then more heads and a global feedback path, which made an uber-tape-delay and realistic ‘one-shot’ tape flanging possible. Users familiar with analogue recording gear should instantly feel at home with Satin, and digital afficionados will also learn to love the magic of tape – Satin invites you to explore and find out for yourself.

Highlights:
– mix-and-match emulation spans all major historical developments in tape technology
– control multiple instances from one panel – ‘glue’ multiple tracks together
– high-quality: internal sample rate up to 384kHz, continuous tape speed control
– all the ‘goodness’ of tape (saturation, transient-smoothing, HF compression etc.)
– full control over the ‘badness’ (head-bump, wow&flutter, asperity noise, hiss etc.)
– record / repro EQ standards (separately selectable), classic NR compander standards
– extra FX modes: through-zero tape flanging, host-synchronizable 4-tap stereo delay
New features and improvements

– Added Preferences panel
– New VST3 support. See VST3_ReadMe.txt for more information
– Improved MIDI learn functionality

Bug fixes
– The ‘previous preset’ button was sometimes not responsive after navigating into an empty folder
– Maschine 2 crashes when creating an empty project or quitting host after recording automation for Satin
– Wavelab: Using UI sizes other than 100% could garble the GUI. Fixed in VST2, still present in VST3
– Metering: dim ghost levels are shown in Satin’s meter
– Satin’s modulation rate is totally different to Satin 1.1
– Samplitude: deactivating Satin’s Bypass mutes audio on same track
– When grouped, unlocking a parameter freezes GUI
– Flanger: waveform reversed at 0.50 when MIDI triggering
– Naming of groups was not possible under some circumstances
– Logic X: crash when reordering or removing instances
– Display shows ‘1’ and ‘0’ for many parameters
– Preset parameters are not being spread correctly among grouped instances
– ‘Bypass’ and ‘Bypass Tape’ button causes less clicking (but adds mild phasing due to crossfade)

Xfer Records Serum & SerumFX v 1.10b7 For WIn & Mac

By | July 8, 2016

lditdd0h1dy6282ujtd2

Xfer Records Serum & SerumFX v 1.10b7
Size Win 35 Mb // Mac 33 Mb

WHY SERUM?
The dream synthesizer did not seem to exist: a wavetable synthesizer with a truly high-quality sound, visual and creative workflow-oriented interface to make creating and altering sounds fun instead of tedious, and the ability to “go deep” when desired – to create / import / edit / morph wavetables, and manipulate these on playback in real-time. Serum has a Wavetable editor built right in- you can create your own wavetables in a variety of ways. Import audio directly from audio files – Serum has a variety of methods and options for analyzing audio for breaking it apart into individual waveforms. You can import single-cycle wavetables of course, as well as many at once (with in-built sorting options, or manual re-ordering).

ULTRA-CLEAN OSCILLATORS
Playback of wavetables requires digital resampling to play different frequencies. Without considerable care and a whole lot of number crunching, this process will create audible artifacts. Artifacts mean that you are (perhaps unknowingly) crowding your mix with unwanted tones / frequencies. Many popular wavetable synthesizers are astonishingly bad at suppressing artifacts – even on a high-quality setting some create artifacts as high as -36 dB to -60 dB (level difference between fundamental on artifacts) which is well audible, and furthermore often dampening the highest wanted audible frequencies in the process, to try and suppress this unwanted sound. In Serum, the native-mode (default) playback of oscillators operates with an ultra high-precision resampling, yielding an astonishingly inaudible signal-to-noise (for instance, -150 dB on a sawtooth played at 1 Khz at 44100)! This requires a lot of calculations, so Serum’s oscillator playback has been aggressively optimized using SSE2 instructions to allow for this high-quality playback without taxing your CPU any more than the typical (decent quality) soft synth already does. Load up Serum and we think you’ll be able to notice both what you hear (solid high frequencies, extending flat all the way up to the limits of hearing) as well as what you don’t hear (no unwanted mud or aliasing gibberish- just good, clean sound).

MODULATION – WORK THE WAY YOU WANT TO
The modulation system allows for drag and drop connections between mod sources and destinations. Want an LFO controlling a filter cutoff? Simply drag the LFO title to the cutoff knob. This LFO->Filter connection will now appear in the Mod Matrix as well. In other words, you have two views/approaches for creating and modifying your modulations: sometimes a list is nice, other times you just want the job done fast and easy.

REALTIME WAVETABLE MANIPULATION
In addition to moving through the set of wavetables (up to 256 make up a single oscillator), you can manipulate the waveform itself in a separate realtime process referred to as Warp. This allows for FM/AM/RM/Oscillator Sync and many other ways to modify the waveform, including “Remap” modes – a graph editor for drawing your own custom table manipulations.

FILTER TYPES
Serum includes all of the filter types found in LFOTool in addition to some brand-new ones. Flangers, Phasers, and Comb filters all of which can key-track to the musical note you play. Dual filter types let you control or morph between filter types. Get creative with atypical processes for filters such as downsampling, or the unique filter types found nowhere before, such as the dirty-sounding French LPF.

BUILT-IN SUITE OF EFFECTS
An effects rack with 10 effects modules lets you get your sound all the way to the finish line inside Serum. Effects can be re-ordered to any configuration you want. Virtually all effect parameters are also available as modulation destinations. This is especially useful on monophonic synth sounds. For example, apply an LFO to control reverb size or dry/wet, or velocity to control distortion amount. Many of these effects and modes were built just for Serum, so there are many unique effects to choose from, such as Hyper, which simulates (additional) unison amounts, or a dual-waveshaper which allows for a distortion you can morph between two separate wave shapes.

ADVANCED UNISON
Serum will let you stack a single oscillator to use up to 16 voices. Each of the wavetable oscillators have a number of unison advanced parameters. Stack settings allow for note (e.g. octave) layering to get a fuller sound for a single note-press. Set the unison voices to all have their unique waveform at once with the Unison WT Pos setting, or have them all skewed in a different way with the unison Warp control. A variety of unison tuning modes per-oscillator let you get the stack sound blooming or swarming like you want.

SPECS
Serum comes with over 450 presets, 144 wavetables
