Enter the Puig Vault for a workshop with the esteemed Grammy award-winning engineer and producer Jack Joseph Puig! In this one-hour video series, JJP discusses the importance of analog equipment for imparting certain characteristics to audio. He shows us his astounding collection of gear, and chooses to focus on a few select pieces to convey his concepts. Running a Pro Tools session, JJP feeds stereo drum tracks to his rare ADR F769 Vocal Stresser and remarkable Fairchild 670 tube compressor. He encourages critical listening to the source material with and without the inserts, and describes in detail how and why the gear is affecting the signal in certain ways. He also compares the results of summing his stems digitally versus analog, through his custom-built summing mixer. Furthermore, he differentiates between the sonics of his Neve, API, and custom tube stereo buss transformers.

Especially the folder with the songstarters, which combine all the elements in the pack, will give you a great inspiring start for your next production.
Looking for some really authentic samples and loops? Look no further!
The pack mixes Jazzy & funky Hip Hop with orchestral influenced touches, but it also has a certain lofi / Retro vibe.
We introduce our new concept samplepacks: We improved the distribution of the included samples & loops, the content is now laid out in a more creatively way.
All chopped and processed, ready to be dropped in your DAW or samplers.
In detail, you can expect 481mb of content with all audio at 24Bit & 44KHZ.
Nocturnal Lo-Fi Hip Hop contains that popular worn, dusty Lo-Fi sound, created on old hardware synths, 8 & 12 bit samplers and drumcomputers and then further processse thru analogue equipment.
The pack has many elements such as high distortion samples, relaxed atmospheric loops as well as mellow type sounds, featured in any lofi hip-hop soundtrack.
It’s inspired by the old-school hip hop when computers weren’t a big part of the production, and the technology wasn’t up to scratch.
This isnt always easy to recreate yourself, so let our samples be your guide.

Oshi, the London-based producer moniker of Joshua Brennan, has had a breakout year. His remix of Kali Uchis’ “Ridin Round” gained a co-sign from Lorde, and his tracks have amassed millions upon millions of streams on Spotify and Soundcloud.
His bouncy, playful blend of hip-hop, pop, and R&B eschews boundary – hints of jazz and one-of-a-kind synth programming interweave his productions seamlessly.
His penchant for combining quirky textures with delicate, heartful chord progressions and melodies has gained him a dedicated and excitable following, who now get to deep dive into the producer’s toolbox.
Find twinkly synths and hand pianos, glitchy FX and textures, alongside…some guttural screaming? Oshi’s pack, like his music, is full of surprises. “hey there, it’s ur friendly neighbourhood oshi. i just wanted to give you guys a little note saying thank u for buying (or torrenting, u little fuckers), i appreciate ur love and support completely and i wish you the best in ur music making endeavours. always remember that it isn’t the sounds that make you, it’s the dedication and honesty with ur art. but enough of the sappiness, go make some bangers!!!! i love you all <3” – Oshi
