Performance Samples Solos of the Sea – Solo Violin B KONTAKT
Solos of the Sea – Solo Violin B is a simple but expressive solo violin legato instrument. It focuses on a very specific tone: a strong, loud dynamic with smooth, heavily-slurred legato transitions. If you play harder on certain intervals, you can trigger more dramatic portamento slides. The library also includes same-note bow-change repetitions, which activate when you repeat a note while holding down the sustain pedal.
https://accessity.org/contact/ Following the style of the Con Moto series, this instrument uses “active-bow” sustains and legatos—notes that naturally move and evolve instead of staying static. For this release, the legato has been upgraded with a “pitch-memory” system that helps reduce any noticeable tonal shifts between sustained notes and shorter legato transitions.

Important Note on Delay
https://www.derekduck.com/chemical-protective-clothing/ This library is designed with a built-in playing delay of about 140 ms to enhance the musicality of the legatos. All elements—legatos, sustains, attacks, releases—use this same delay. To get everything perfectly in time, simply record your part, quantize it if needed, and then set your track delay to –140 ms so everything lines up on the beat.
